        Important Information for Applicants
        Greetings. This is the application to join . Do us and yourselves a favor and don't waste our time writing a bullshit application. By this we mean, an application that is inarticulate and which fails to answer completely ALL the questions on the application. Doing so is grounds for the immediate deletion of said application.

        Applicants should give at least 48 hours for officers to review new applications, and check back often to answer any questions we might pose to the applicant. Answer each question as completely as possible and don't exclude details, if your gear is lacking but you feel your a skilled player let us know why. The more we know about you the greater your chances to be accepted into the guild (in most cases). That said thank you for your interest in joining us, good luck.

        To begin with, give us several good reasons why we should invite you to the guild.
        This guild raids Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings. We raid around 8 server Tuesday and Wednesday, and around 6 server on Thursdays. Raids generally last several hours and end at an indefinite time depending on the content being attempting. Can you deal with this without crying and maintain over an 80 percent attendance rate in a given month of raids?
        This guild may frequently mention the usage and/or merits of marijuana and other substances, and often uses extreme profanity and racial slurs both in raid and casual conversation. Can you deal?
        This guild does NOT use DKP. Again, this guild DOES NOT use DKP. A loot council system is in place wherein the officers distribute loot based upon need and service to the guild among many other factors. Is this a problem?
        Heavy Hitters is a guild with a reputation on Bloodscalp for skill, both in the PvP as well as the PvE aspect of the game. Do you wish to claim status as a non-raiding PvP member of the guild?
        Do you have Ventrilo and a functioning microphone?
        What are you primary and alternate talent spec's? Give a rundown of your gear level for each.
        Are you willing to play a spec you currently do not play for the benefit of the guild?
        Demonstrate expertise at playing your character's primary spec. Provide information about optimal rotations and gearing. In other words, say something that shows you know what the fuck your doing.
        Can you take sometimes harsh criticism without getting defensive, angry, and/or emo?
        Give some details about yourself as a person. What do you do with yourself outside of WoW?
        Let us know some things about your personality and how you see yourself. Are you a selfish PoS?
        Heavy Hitters has a history of downing challenging PvE content very quickly relative to other guilds on Bloodscalp. As a guild we are committed to taking on the most difficult hard modes the game has to offer. Say something to us that demonstrates that your committment is equal to ours.
        Provide an armory link to your main character and any alt characters.
        Nobody that gives a shit about raiding in this game likes to be benched, and we do not over-recruit applicants that we intend to bench regularly. Ideally, we want a perfect balance. That said, the applicant should bear in mind that attendance fluctuates from night to night, and that we reserve the right to occasionally bench players based upon rank, seniority, the requirements of the fight, or any other factor. Can you deal with this?
